1ON1 – ARTIST PROOF

United Cowboys invites two artists to work artistically but indvidually in the art house for one week. They will encounter each other's work and process in an open, confrontational dialogue in front of an audience in a final momentum.
A designer is invited to create a frame for discussion presentation and confrontation in the art house.
This nurtures a trans-disciplinary approach and offers a breeding ground for investigation.

The launch of the series will be part of this year’s Dutch Design Week and its topic 'New Intimacy'. This topic will be explored on various levels reflecting current challenges in expressing physically, sharing space and dealing with isolation and distance in times of crisis.
1ON1 is a dialogue, guided and poked by United Cowboys; a presentation for a  both, interested and experienced audience. An ARTIST PROOF in times of change.

Are you working on new ideas or projects?

Would you like to take on the challenge to continue working and staying at our Art House in Eindhoven for one week and then share your practice and your vision with 1 other artist, during a presentation and a discussion with an audience?

We encourage artistic risk and question theatrical conventions. All live-art is welcome. Focus is on dance and performance art.

An ARTIST PROOF in times of change.

The 1ON1 series will take place at Art House United Cowboys, Eindhoven, The Netherlands in the period October 15 –  November 28, 2020 and will be part of this year's Dutch Design Week.
